Thomas and Ylli came through San Francisco, so we got beers.

Ylli's been my contact at Stumpe Glas for years, mostly over email. Stumpe is a five-generation glass house, and they did the real legwork on these ashtrays. When I needed crystal instead of glass, they brought in Bomma, in Czechia. They found the shop that lays down the 24k gold, sorted the brass machining, handled the parts I couldn't. Every fraction of a millimeter has run through them.

A lot of years working together, and the first time all three of us were in the same room.
