The crystal domed cigar ashtray.
A single, precision-cut channel in the crystal base accommodates any cigar up to a 74 ring gauge. The innovative precision-milled brass tapper — made to mirror the dome's handle — affords a clean ash and easy rest.
The Object: Cigar preserves the mass, finish, and silhouette of the original while refining its point of contact. Set the dome over a resting cigar and it extinguishes deliberately and controlled — not ruining the smoke but resting it. Inside the dome, smoke is held in suspension before it resolves. Pick it up later. Relight. Continue.

We partnered with Bavaria’s premier glass innovator, Stumpe Glas, and Czechia’s prestige crystal foundry, Bomma, to craft The Object. They engineered every part to our exacting specifications.

This is a smoke agnostic product. Whatever you choose to smoke will fit well, rest comfortably, and be easy to tap-to-ash. The crystal snuffer dome extinguishes your smoke and keeps odors contained. The Object ships in a custom wooden crate made in Germany.

We work with six, family run, prestige manufacturers in three European countries to produce each Object.
The Object is limited to just 230 sets. Each is individually numbered and comes with a un-reproducible proof of originality ensuring provenance and authenticity.
We cribbed the mechanics of the proof from how Banksy’s Pest Control validates their work.
- Each Object ships with a Jeremy Tinder designed letterpress card
- Each card has a unique three word pass phrase written on the back
- Every card is numerically keyed with its corresponding numbered Object
- The card is torn in half by hand, creating a unique tear pattern
- We photograph and record this tear pattern, the unique pass phrase, the numeric matching, and keep this information on file.
- We will validate the authenticity of The Object through careful examination of these proofs of originality
