Holiday 2026. For delivery by Christmas, order by Wednesday, December 9 in the US, engraved or not. International orders should be placed by Friday, December 4; customs can add time we don't control.

Shipping is free to the lower 48 by FedEx Ground. Expedited FedEx services are available at checkout, as are live rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Australia.

UK, Canadian and Australian orders are subject to import tax and any duty, charged on delivery and separate from our shipping charge. We'll confirm before we ship.

Puerto Rico and all other international destinations are quoted individually. Write to us at info@murmmr.com and we'll reply quickly with freight information. Import duty and VAT are charged by your country on delivery, and they're separate from our shipping quote.

Ashtray sets ship in custom wooden crates made by Schnurr Holzverpackungen in Germany, a 130-year-old company, packed inside a cardboard shipping box. The crate lid is secured by six Phillips head screws.

Each piece is hand-finished and individually numbered to order; please allow 4 to 6 business days, including engraving, before it ships.

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition, in original packaging, with its Proof of Originality included.

Engraved products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us first at info@murmmr.com. Do not ship without confirmation. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–8 business days of receipt and inspection.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@murmmr.com.

Handwash only. No dishwasher.

For everyday cleaning, a soft microfiber cloth is all you need.

Clear crystal. Use a citrus-based cleaner.

Milled brass. The brass hardware on The Object, The Object: Cigar, and Jackpot takes Brasso.

Nickel plating. Close Magic's nickel-plated hardware takes a microfiber cloth and a gentle natural soap. Never Brasso.

Coated domes. Close Magic's dichroic dome and Jackpot's 24k gold dome take a microfiber cloth and a gentle natural soap only. No Brasso, no abrasives, no solvents.

To disassemble. Use a coin to unscrew the handle and damper. The damper is heavy, hold it. Do not overtighten when reassembling.

Each ashtray set is individually numbered and ships with a Proof of Originality — our guarantee of authenticity and provenance. Keep it. It cannot be replaced.

Inside your crate you'll find one half of a hand-torn letterpress card, designed by Jeremy Tinder and printed at Aesthetic Union in San Francisco. The back carries a unique three-word passphrase. The card is numerically matched to your Object.

We hold the other half — along with a record of the tear pattern, passphrase, and number — on file. Together, they form an unreproducible proof. To authenticate a product, contact us directly.
